Cancellation Policy

Reservations should be made at least 8 hours in advance to ensure availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time to avoid any cancellation fees. If a reservation is canceled within the required notice period, clients are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits where applicable. In cases where weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from safely completing the services, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered in good faith. An optional gratuity for the driver may be added to the final charge at the time of booking. Wait Times Airport Pickups: A grace period of 30 minutes is included for airport pickups, with an additional fee applied for any extra waiting time. Hourly Service: For hourly bookings, services extend in 30-minute increments as needed, with fees applied accordingly. Extra Stops: Additional stops during the service that can be accommodated must be arranged in advance where possible, each stop will incur an extra fee. Changes to Reservation Adjustments to bookings, such as changes in pick up time, locations, or additional stops, must be made at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible, additional fees may apply. Unforeseen Delays GeauxNola VIP will make every effort to adhere to the scheduled times. However, in cases of heavy traffic or road closures, we will notify clients promptly and provide updates on any delays.
